PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of goods shall be shown on this website. The price includes postage and VAT and the final price will appear in the shopping cart.
Payment for items must be received and authorised before we despatch them to the address supplied.
We reserve the right to delay any transaction either at the checkout , after the checkout or when the items are ready to dispatch. We may ask for more identification if we deem it nesscerry in the invent that we need to verfiy your transaction details. We reserve the right to refuse paypal/card transactions if they do not match your confirmed address.
We can refuse to dispatch your items if the details you have entered have been entered by mistake. Until proof of identity has been issued, and we are totally satisfied with the information given, will we dispatch the item or issue a refund.
We accept credit/debit card and paypal transactions. We can refuse to take any transaction for whatever reason we decide.
All payments are to be made in GBP or Pounds Sterling. The currency symbol for this is “£”

All credit/debit card transactions are logged against address and IP address and are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Any fraudulent transactions will be logged and full co-operation upon request with lawful authorities will be made. We reserve the right to refuse a refund regarding any transaction deemed fraudulent.
DELIVERY
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days based on the acceptance of an order providing that payment is authorised immediately. Orders which do not meet these requirements or require intervention of any kind due to problems may take longer.
Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days on acceptance of an order.
Items sent outside Europe will be sent in accordance to the postal service that will be used within that country. We accept no resposibilty for this postage service and the service they provide. Items will be sent at your own risk.
We reserve the right to change the delivery times without notice.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery time.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyers address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act.
The title and risk in the goods shall pass to you the customer, upon delivery and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction from this point on.
If your items are not received within 48 hours of the estimated delivery time, it is your responsibility to contact us.
When supplying your details, it is your responsibility to supply the correct details so that the correct items can be dispacthed to the correct postal address. We will take no responsibility for incorrect details.
Images, Branding and Logo
Images on www.twofivefive.co.uk are either owned by the supplier of our products or us.
Images owned by us, are EXCLUSIVELY owned by us, and under no circumstances should be used without permission.
We have the right to start legal action, with no prior notice if exclusive images owned by us are being used elsewhere.
The logo is owned EXCLUSIVELY by us and under no circumstances should be used elsewhere without permission.
We have the right to start legal action with no prior notice (in the event that our logo “twofivefive.co.uk”) is being used elsewhere.
The images and logo EXCLUSIVELY owned by us, are protected by state law, and state penalties can be issued by the courts in the event of failing to adhere to this terms and conditions.
The brand we represent and own on www.twofivefive.co.uk must not be copied or re-illustrated in public or private. Failure to do so may lead to prosecution under state law.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statuary rights.
