We are happy to exchange or refund any* item within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in the original packaging.
To receive an exchange or refund please contact us at info@twofivefive.co.uk with your name, address, and order number. We will then confirm your item for return. Post the item you wish to exchange or refund back to us in the original packaging. We will check the item, and on approval issue an exchange or refund within 7 working days. Items to be refunded must arrive with twofivefive within 14 days. If they arrive later, only an exhange/credit can be issued.
*In compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations under no circumstances can twofivefive.co.uk accept the return of earrings, body jewellery or hair accessories. There is no return on these items or on sale items.
